Structural Design & Space Configuration
  • The hydraulic cylinder is mounted at the bottom of the load frame.
  • Tension testing space is located at the upper section of the load frame.
  • Compression and bending testing spaces are positioned between the lower crosshead and the worktable.
  • The lower crosshead is driven by a motor via a reducer, chain drive mechanism, and lead screw assembly--enabling precise adjustment of the testing space to accommodate samples of different sizes and test types.
